Why using a diet?

Using a good diet increases the speed of recovery. You just give your body the rest it needs. The diet prevents you to pick up the wrong foodstuffs which need a lot of energy from your body to remove it. All this energy can be used to to overcome your post traumatic stress disorder.

The reasons for a dietary intervention are:

Foodstuffs that are not allowed during the diet:

Backgrounds on the foodstuffs that need to be left out of your diet

Kick the habbit

In a lot of situations, your body got used to your high consumption of specific foodstuffs. It needs a time to readjust to lower levels of intake. This is the case for:

Allow your body about 2-3 weeks of lowering intake, only if it occurred to be a problem in your situation. The best is to stop immediately with the intake. This will result in fatigue (delayed fatigue) So, take your rest, sleep a lot and you will overcome this in the fastest possible way.

Individual diet:

Most people will need a personal adjustment in a specific diet. This diet will be specified after receiving the intake list.
