Organon: A system of principles for philosophic and scientific research and an instrument to collect knowledge

Some statements

  • anxiety is the principle cause of  PTSD, just as in autism
  • sensitive people are more susceptible to PTSD after a traumatic event
  • men are more susceptible than women to PTSD after a traumatic experience, because of the difference in their amygdala, but men will not show this, because they have more "macho behaviour" then women
  • men are more susceptible than women to PTSD after a dramatic experience, because of a higher testosterone level
  • there is a link between the use of certain foodstuffs and the seriousness of PTSD
  • there is a link between shortages of vitamins and minerals and severity of PTSD
  • there is a link between stress and the shortage of vitamins and minerals
  • there is a link between the number of inoculation that military get, and severity of PTSD
  • General

  • physical disease is a symptom of mental distress
  • the symptoms of diseases show itself on the weakest spots of the body
  • the location of the symptom has a direct link to the mental and emotional problem
  • treatment of the mental and emotional problems will lessen the physical symptoms
  • treatment of the physical problems on an allopathic way leads to moving the symptoms away to another physical location which is the next weakest spot on the body. At the same time it strengthens mental and emotional problems. So both ways work out negative.
  • the numbing of mental problems by taking drugs, intoxicate the body and increases mental distress. This will lead to a higher intake of drugs. If we can reach the mental power of the victim and increase it, it will lessen the physical symptoms.
  • methods that increase the mental power are: homeopathy, essences, religion, trust in self.
  • not using the methods to increase the mental power because of "lack of scientific evidence" has given psychiatry a standstill of about 150 years. (except of course the changes in medication)
  • medication does not cure. It only numbs the feeling of a body which is out of balance
  • the imbalance of the physical system has its effect on nerves and hormones, which will have their effects on mental imbalance.
  • lifestyle is an important part of the cure (rest and structure)
  • Speed of recovery

  • speed is not important
  • lifestyle influences recovery
  • ease and calm stimulate cure
  • when the physical condition improves, recovery will increase
  • Intoxication

    Toxins are:

  • chemicals and compounds
  • foodstuffs that give intolerances
  • food and materials with allergic reactions to the body
  • many pharmaceuticals
  • vaccinations
  • debris of hormones
  • heavy metals
  • antibiotics
  • the human body works better when there are no toxic products
  • detoxification should take place as soon as possible
  • an adequate intake of pure water helps to remove toxins
  • toxins cause negative effects on physical processes
  • toxins are stored in fat. If there is not enough fat available, toxins will be stored in the brain
  • too many toxins in the brain generate concentration problems, amnesia, dementia or Alzheimer's disease
  • detoxification of the brain takes special products which can cross the blood- brain barrier
  • PTSD

  • PTSD is a mental cause with physical effects that cause mental problems (vicious circle)
  • after taking away the mental cause, the physical problems will disappear, if there is enough strength available
  • if there is a lack of physical strength, the body will not react properly and will give a negative effect on the mental situation which in turn will deplete physical systems (vicious circle)
  • this depletion will lead to decreased physical functions, which will not support the mental functions. When you do not feel physically well, you will not feel mentally well
  • because you don't feel mentally well, this has a negative effect on the physical well-being. This is one of the vicious circles which needs to be broken
  • an oversensitive or "powerful" person will step out of the fight or flight reaction directly after the dangerous situation stops
  • too powerful people deny the state of fight or flight. The battle between the mental problems in the mental power will find its Armageddon mostly after months or years
  • an over sensitive person reacts directly to traumatic situations and can have problems with it for months. This is an acute PTSD or shell shock
  • an over sensitive person comes into the state of fight or flight and remains in this state, deepened by flashbacks and nightmares which generate a vicious circle of declining mental and physical health.
  • Some people numb the state with alcohol, drugs or medicine. Or they flea in sports, overactive behaviour, aggression etc
  • attacking PTSD should happen on the highest mental level, while at the same time the physical condition needs to be supported with the right food, vitamins and minerals which will support the body to return to a normal state as soon as possible
